Frequently Asked Questions

It is our goal to make your search for answers an easy journey. The following are just a few of the frequently asked questions that we receive on a daily basis in regards to services, employment and procedures.

How many Officers do I need in order to provide sufficient coverage for my event?

We recommend at least one Officer per 200 persons attending the event. This ensures that the Officer can cover enough ground to view all persons and still be able to provide and effective sense of protection for your guests. If an Officer has his/her attention spread to thin, it can cause conflict in other areas that may need their supervision. Although the amount of Officers attending an event is at the clients discretion.

Is there a minimum amount of hours required for service?

We require a minimum of four of service when scheduling your event. If your event requires less coverage that four hours of service, the guard(s) can stay the amount of time needed, but billing will still reflect the minimum requirement of four hours.

Do I have to have any experience in the Security field to apply for a position?

Experience is preferred but not necessarily required. We have many applicants who are new to the security field and have just obtained their license. Some positions with the company do have a minimum requirement of experience.

Can I request sex specific Security Officers for my event?

Absolutely. We offer a variety of trained female and male Officers to cater to your event and needs. Many events require restroom checks involving a male and female Officer. This is just one of the many instances that involve a sex specific staffing request.

In the state of CA, you are not able to obtain a guard card if you have a felony on your record. If you have misdemeanors on your record within the past seven years, you may apply for a guard card but that may hold up the approval process.
