American Patriot Security, Inc. (APSI) was established in December of 2004. APSI was originally formed to answer the high demand for short notice special events in the Sacramento valley. The owner, Scott Jacobs, served as the Vice-President of All Phase Security, Inc. where he realized that a smaller company was the answer to these demands. With the approval from All Phase Security, APSI was formed and a successful blueprint was created.
APSI continues to dominate the “special event” arena and now has licensing in California, Hawaii, Colorado, and Idaho. APSI was awarded a national contract with a major world wide freight distributor and obtained 8(a) certification through the SBA in June of 2006. APSI continues to secure licensing throughout the western United States in preparation of more freight locations from the national contract vendor. APSI recently teamed with a Disabled Veteran Owned company and was awarded a Federal Contract for the Veteran’s Administration in Hawaii. APSI continues to grow and push forward with more freight locations throughout the Western United States and Canada. APSI will look for 8(a) opportunities and bid them solely, teamed, joint ventured, and with a mentor on the larger projects.

APSI has an experienced team of accomplished consultants, training officers, investigators, threat management and protection specialists who have the ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive threat assessments and protection programs for all its clients.
